PhotovoltaicDescription
BTO is a high-performance non-fullerene acceptor molecule used in OPV. Adding BTO to blends containing PM6 and Y6 allows for a stable and reproductible packing morphology from the non- halogenated solvent, p-xylene. BTO has the potential to unlock large area solar cell printing with high performance metrics: When paired with Y6 and PM6, a 36 cm2 (large area) OPV cell was demonstrated with an efficiency greater than 14 % (1)
