PDPPTT is a p-type conjugated copolymer used in organic field-effect transistors and in high-performance organic photovoltaics, reaching performances over 9%.
This material is soluble in chloroform, chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene. It is slow to solubilize in most solvents.
